1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations at Athiva Resort Khandala are subject to availability and confirmation from our team. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the resort management.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests who wish to cancel their booking must inform the resort through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking date, season, and package selected.
In general:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may not be eligible for refund.
Final decisions regarding cancellations and rescheduling are at the discretion of the resort management.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banking procedures.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a No-Show, and the booking amount may not be refunded.
5. Changes to Booking
Guests may request modifications to booking dates based on availability. The resort will try its best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable operational issues, the resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, guests may be offered rescheduling options.
7. Policy Updates
Athiva Resort Khandala reserves the right to update or change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
